Service desk
We are here to look after you at our service desk every weekday from 8:00 to 16:00 (Fridays from 8:00 to 15:00).

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE, SECURITY AND CLEANING

Our dedicated property maintenance staff can handle small-scale repairs efficiently.
Our cleaning company is in charge of cleaning the buildings’ common areas on weekdays. Businesses are responsible for keeping their own premises clean.
Security in the buildings is provided by Avarn Security Oy.
RECEPTION AND STORAGE OF POSTAL PARCELS
We will accept our customers’ parcels if they are not there to receive them themselves. When we receive a parcel for them, we will notify the customer about it by email. We will keep their parcels at our service desk for about two weeks.
MEETING ROOMS
The buildings offer a range of meeting/conference rooms of different sizes and styles, suitable for meetings of up to 40 people. The facilities are well-equipped and include Wi-Fi access. You can rent these rooms for weekdays between 8:00 and 20:00.

PARKING
There are parking spaces for both tenants and their guests in the area. You can find 1-hour and 2-hour customer parking spaces, for example, in the large car park on Yliopistonranta and in front of Wasa Sports Club. All-day guest parking permits can be collected from our service desk.

WASTE MANAGEMENT
There are two waste collection enclosures in the Palosaaren Yrityskeskus’s area: one at the end of Building F12 and the other in the courtyard of the PYK office by the wall of Building F10.
These waste enclosures have containers for mixed and bio waste, carton, plastic, metal and glass packages, paper and batteries.

LUNCH RESTAURANTS
There are several lunch restaurants in the area within easy walking distance, for example:
SPORTS CENTRE
Wasa Sports Club, the largest sports centre in Finland, is located in Palosaaren Yrityskeskus’s premises nearby. It offers a wide range of gym equipment, a variety of comprehensive services and group exercise classes.
