Meeting rooms

Flipped Room is PYK’s cosiest and most relaxed meeting room. It has squashy sofas, beanbags and even a billiard table for relaxing during breaks.
When you book this meeting space, you also get a 75″ Smart TV and a handy flipchart. The room also includes a Kandao camera, which facilitates remote meetings and virtual communications.

For tenant companies of Palosaaren Yrityskeskus, Flipped Room also functions as a free shared lounge space. The space can be used freely during the working day for breaks, informal meetings and relaxed working.

The space can also be booked separately for private use.

This room is equipped with a high-quality 75″ LCD screen and a handy flipchart. There is also the possibility to use a Kandao conference camera. Please remember to request the camera when booking the room.
You will also have access to the shared kitchen area on the same floor (please note: all users must have their own coffee machine).

Have you ever taken a sauna inside a chimney stack? Now you can! Businesses can book a unique sauna experience in our magnificent Piippusauna. Its luxurious sauna facilities are suitable for up to 20 people.

Piippusauna was completed in 2005 and designed by architect Gunilla Lång-Kivilinna. The facilities have been built on two floors, with the sauna itself occupying the top floor. The chimney stack is 85 metres tall.

There is a TV in the lounge, and a video projector and screen are available when needed. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher and disposable tableware. The sauna facilities have disposable seat covers, towels, soap and a hairdryer.
Piippusauna can be booked on weekdays by both customers of Palosaaren Yrityskeskus and other businesses too.

This meeting room is equipped with a versatile interactive 75″ LCD screen/whiteboard, a flipchart and a high-quality Kandao camera to ensure efficient meetings that go without a hitch.
You will also have access to the shared kitchen facilities on the same floor.

This meeting/conference room is located on the K Floor of the F2 Building and its entrance is on the Yliopistonranta side of the building. The facilities include a large room of about 80 m² with an arched roof, a kitchen and two toilets.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, stove and a coffee service.
This room has a high-quality 85″ LCD screen and a handy flipchart.

A fully furnished and decorated office space for short-term use, making it ideal for remote working or meetings, for example. The space offers flexibility, cost-effectiveness and networking opportunities.

This space on the third floor is equipped with a printer, a flipchart and a projector screen.

If required, a video projector and/or a handy Kandao camera are available for high-quality and effortless virtual meetings.
You will also have access to the shared kitchen area on the same floor (please note: all users must have their own coffee machine).
