A first-floor meeting room with two access options: from the east end of the building via the loading bay or from the large car park on the Yliopistonranta side of the building.
Flipped room
The Flipped Room is located on the first floor next to Karstaamo. You can access it both from the east end of the building via the loading bay and from the large car park on the Yliopistonranta side of the building.
Office hotel Kehräämö
A office space on the third floor that is accessible by lift from the east end of the building.

Piippusauna sauna
A distinctive characteristic of this sauna is the chimney stack it has been built into, which you can access from the large car park on the Yliopistonranta side of the building, next to the charging bays.
