Palosaari campus, Wolffintie 36
Palosaaren Yrityskeskus’s largest commercial complex is located on Wolffintie 36, in the stylishly renovated buildings of an old cotton mill. The buildings provide versatile business premises of different sizes for companies in various industries. The premises are mainly offices. The buildings also include several meeting rooms for rent, a luxurious rental sauna built into a chimney stack and shared kitchen facilities and lounge areas.
There are several cafés and restaurants in the area, as well as one of the largest gyms in Finland.
Kalastajankatu 14
The Kalastajankatu property is home to the Vaasa Rudolf Steiner School and the Vaasa Steiner day-care centre’s Seimi group. The building also houses Wasa Gym Trading Oy, a company that sells gym equipment. The property was renovated in 2019.
